Initial 1 hour phone/Skype consultation to establish goals, previous training and running history.
Monthly 30 minute phone call to chat through your progress.
Monthly training plan - Updated every 4th Sunday.
Unlimited communication via email and WhatsApp - to provide ongoing support between monthly phone catch-ups.
Working directly with Pete Thompson. Pete is a 2:25 marathoner who recently ran 44 Marathons in 44 Countries in 44 Consecutive days and the entire 2018 Tour de France (30 miles a day for 68 days).
